Eine moderne, gepflegte Wohnung, die leicht zu erreichen ist. Die Umgebung ist ruhig mit netten Nachbarn. Es gibt viele Verkehrsanbindungen, sodass man problemlos ins Zentrum von Paris kommt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ein Kinderspiel und die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit war tadellos. Das Badezimmer war etwas eng, aber immer noch benutzbar.
