Great hotel, location and friendly staff.

Our one night stay was great. Excellent location for accessing Disneyland Paris. Lovely staff, beautiful room, clean and quiet. The only minus was the buffet breakfast which is not allergy friendly. One of my children is allergic to nuts and peanuts and there were nuts all over the buffet as decoration! She couldn't have anything to eat. Luckily I had some cereal bars in the car. More and more people have unfortunately allergies and hotels should make sure they can accommodate people.

This hotel is about 10mins from Disney. We had a large well presented room for 5. We arrived late after Disney fireworks and the gentleman at reception was incredibly helpful. He showed us to the car park and our room. I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to stay in the immediate Disney area. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on the food.

Staff were friendly and helpful, Room was clean, tea and coffee provided, bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast and restaurant food delicious and extremely good value. The only problem we had was the temperature of the room- 24 degrees overnight in October. We asked for it to be turned down and it was, but then again rose again to 24 - far too hot to sleep and it wasn’t possible to open the window. Despite this we would return if in the area again.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Cheval Blanc , easy to get to , in a lovely little village, the staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble, lovely breakfast and we ate at their restaurant for our evening meal which was very good value and choice, the room we had was clean and large as 3 adults and 3 kids in the room and a very modern bathroom with clean towels everyday and rooms tidied daily as well, tea and coffee facilities and fridge in room, only downside was the stairs into our room as we had a baby with us and her pram , but we managed.
