"The hotel is swank and in a great location. I upgraded to a Superior room on the 3rd floor. I have two suggestions. 1) you need bigger towels, (they are like face cloths) 2) you have to find a way to add storage for clothes, maybe a shelf under the bed. I could not imagine staying there with my wife with her clothes. No place for luggage either. Other than that the staff was great, the roof deck was amazing and the location is enviable. Brian"

"I loved my stay at Sofitel, the staffs are the warmest and super helpful. Room is so clean and they changed sheets for us everyday. Tbh I haven’t experienced this good service for a long time in the US, this almost felt a little unreal. However, I have to point out that the breakfast is quite disappointing. It is said until 11am but 10:15am they already took away everything. And the salad was all rotten veggies in my bowl…..the breakfast is so expensive, highly recommend eating outside. "

"My family came for a few days trip in Paris. After being scammed out of an apartment, we frantically looked for where to stay. Thankfully the staff at Yooma was amazing and quick to help! They were very accommodating and had everything ready for us within the hour of booking! We requested a crib for our son & it was brought up by staff very quickly.
