Lovely Parisian Charm!

This is my fourth visit to this very charming hotel loaded with history and character. Very centrally located in the heart of Paris, it is easy to find your way around as it is close to the sights. The views are breathtaking, the staff are very professional and extremely helpful. A much worthy stay and highly recommend to anyone that appreciates that touch of old world charm.

Great location. OK to stay at.

They have a FANTASTIC location. The entry and lobby are tops. The greeting was nice. The room was, at best, ok. I'd stay there again, but only due to location and price. We slept well (the duvet was very thick and we were too warm). The two times we asked the desk questions, they tried to sell us their services rather than answering the question. When we talked about checking out and going to CDG airport, they man tried to sell us a shuttle service at 18 euro each rather than answering our Q about the RER (which is 10 euro each)

Localização excepcional. Elevador pequeno e ruim. Quarto apertado. Cama horrível. Tapetes em péssima conservação. Banheiro com box muito apertado, mal dava para adentrar ao box, não se conseguia mexer para se lavar no banho. Pessoal muito educado no atendimento. Faltou água quente uma noite e tive que tomar banho gelado num dia muito frio, foi terrível.

Most amazing location - you have a balcony overlooking the Seine river and all the boats passing by , Louvre Museum and a panoramic view of all Paris, also you can walk everywhere from there The rooms are small, pretty tied but clean and the personnel always helpful and nice I have sTayed there many times with my husband and will go back Again Very reasonably priced compare to hotel prices in Paris

Great location, hotel located in front of the Louvre Museum. It is clean, service is ok. The hotel needs to be renovated. Because of the location, it is popular. It was fully booked when I stayed there. The owner should invest in renovating the hotel such as changing the dirty carpet.

The location is superb, 5 minutes to the Louvre, you can see it across the river if you’re lucky enough to get a Seine view room. Also right next door to the Musee D’Orsay and less than 5 mins to the RER/Metro station. 10 mins to Notre Dame. The staff are fabulous, just so helpful. We arrived at 11.30am and wanted to drop off our bags but they let us have our room immediately. The bed was comfy but a standard double and we’re used to a King, our problem not theirs, but it meant I was less comfy but other than that I would have slept excellently. The rooms are tired, it’s been a while since this place was refitted and it shows but you get what you pay for and this was a bargain in comparison to other hotels in the area. I’d stay here again as it’s so central.

Great location but buyer beware!

Great location with beautiful view of the Louvre but room was tiny-- barely larger than the double bed. Also sloppy housekeeping, threadbare carpet, mattress too soft, wallpaper peeling, sink wouldn't drain....only good thing was the budget price! After complaining to surly desk clerk about no AC-- as advertised--, were we told there was a fan in the closet. Luckily, our stay was only for two nights.

Unbelievable Views & Location

The staff was so thoughtful and kind. We felt welcomed and knew they would do all they could to help us ! The location can not be beat. Nor the views!!! They will be closing down in November 2019 for a complete and total remodel. It’s worn and needs it but you can stay there at a very reasonable price for the time being !

Located on the banks of the Seine and within an easy 5 minute walk to the Louvre, this Hotel is very well situated but you should know that it is an old and tired facility that meets only your basic needs of shelter, a decent (double) bed and a shower. Our room was on the 4 th fl with a great view and while the elevator breaks down daily, we were fortunate that it worked when we really needed it - with our luggage. Also the internet worked only intermittently. Despite this, front desk service was attentive.

Everyone working at this hotel is very friendly. The view of the Seine from the rooms couldn't be better. My friends and I had a lovely time staying there.
