Very nice apartment in a convenient location.

All you need for a stress free, relaxed vacation. Make sure you explore the area because there are a lot of great restaurants and sights.

Family trip to Paris

We had an excellent stay. The Apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well situated- close to great bakeries, cafes and the beautiful neighborhood of Montmarte. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and very quiet apartment.

The location is fantastic. Short walk to Montmartre, lots of cafe and restaurants nearby, metro in a short walking distance. Apartment is clean and cozy and has everything you need.

Great location, great host

Vincent, the apartment owner, was great to work with. His communication was excellent, he answered questions quickly and accurately. We were able to leave our luggage at the flat while we explored the neighborhood. The flat was perfect for our family of 5. We arrived at the Gare Du Nord train station and walked around 15 minutes to the apartment. Our girls had one room, or son slept on the sofa couch and myself and my wife had our own room. The neighborhood was terrific. There are many small shops, corner bistros and cafes, small grocers and restaurants. There is a metro station around 10 minutes away and the Sacre Coeur is only around a 15 minute walk away. If you are looking for a clean small flat to use as your home base while in Paris, I highly recommend Vincent as your host!

Great spot

We very much enjoyed our time at this apartment. It is just as shown in the photos. The location was great for being close to metro, restaurants, the Sacre Coeur, etc. For a family of 5 the beds worked well. Our We'd definitely stay again.

Great location. Very clean. Beautiful place. Has all you need. Host very accommodating with an early arrival time. Location sooo close to Montmatre which we absolutely loved! 4th time in Paris….. definitely will come back to this place 😊😊💕💕

Great property within walking distance of markets, cafes, attractions, etc. The driver service was very much appreciated. Clean, cozy flat in old Paris. Excellent check in & communication with host. Would definitely recommend

Family Visit to Paris

We had a nice stay. We weren’t in the apartment much; only to sleep. It is near several restaurants, cafes, Boulangeries, and small food marts. There are several different metro lines within walking distance that make it easy to get around the city. Vincent was a courteous, helpful host.

Very good

Our check-in was a bit delayed, resulting in about a half hour wait on the sidewalk, but once the person arrived, check-in was quick and easy. We would have liked to watch a bit of TV in the evening, but the TV was not easy to use, which was a very minor issue. We appreciated the two fans during the hot weather; a third fan for the other bedroom would have been helpful as well. We used the optional driver service; it was on time and worked well for our arrival but was late and required lots of follow-up for our departure. For showering, the hot water tank was good for one shower and then required some time to get ready for the next shower. We really enjoyed the Montmartre area. It was just a few minutes walk to Sacre Coeur and the surrounding area. Lots of boulangeries and cafés in the area. The building was shady and cool with minimal street noise, although it was quite creaky when the wind picked up. Overall, a very good stay.

Great VRBO property

This property was in a great location....close to main tourist attractions but not too close to be noisy in the evening. Clean property! Quick and easy instructions once we arrived at the rental and able to check in early which was extremely helpful with all our luggage. Extra help with transportation to and from the rental as well which was so helpful being in a different country! Thanks!

A cosy stay

We stayed in montmatre for 5 nights with our two teenage kids. The location was very convenient for walking around and exploring Paris. The communication and checkin was excellent. The apartment itself is very small, however it was functional and quiet. It was great to have a little kitchen and a lounge area with a dining table - we had dinner at home most nights to save money - there are lots of great places to get take away food that can then be heated up.

Clean apartment in a convenient location

There are 5 adults in our family and we all stayed for 3 nights. It was a little tight for all five of us but the location is close to several metro stops, wonderful restaurants, and Sacre Couer. We were a little confused expecting twin beds in one room but it was actually a double. But there was another futon in there. We requested another sheet and towels because we were not given enough and the owner was great with communication and made sure we had what we needed.

Lovely and relaxing stay!

We are a family of 4 (two parents/ two kids) (ages 6 and 11) and we absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment was spacious enough for us to have a place to relax after a day of touring the city. It was clean and well-stocked with necessities. We used all the appliances and they were in perfect working order. The neighborhood was safe and easily accessible to the grocery store, restaurants and the Metro. We utilized the driver to and from the airport and it was the best decision. It made our arrival and departure so easy and seamless. The driver had a larger car for all our luggage and it could not have been more simple. I would recommend this location to anyone! Thank you so much- we had a great family vacation!!!

Pro's: Fabulous location! Minutes to Sacre Coeur, easy walk to all sites. Subway and bus system close that gets you anywhere in Paris. Our family of 5 was quite comfortable sleeping, cooking and eating in the apartment. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of amenities nearby, fruit markets, butchers, grocery stores, bakeries (some really great bakeries in the neighbourhood!). Everything you need to live there and be comfortable. Cons: The courtyard can be a bit loud early on weekdays when people are leaving for work and dropping their garbage. Otherwise very quite. The sheets for the spare beds had stains on them. No dryer, only a washing machine so was hard to do laundry for 5. All in all I would recommend this space. The hosts were attentive and responsive. They scheduled a car to pick us up and take us back to the airport and always responded in a timely manner. I would stay again.

Petite space, excellent location

We changed our lodging plans at the last minute when our number of travelers went down by 5 and we realized we had booked someplace too large. This apt was available and we snapped it up. It is quite tiny but served our needs just fine. We were five persons and had a young adult on the couch. We make do w/ one bathroom & in Paris you're sightseeing all day and never there. Tiny galley kitchen but was fine for what we needed (fridge is small apt sized). Keurig type coffee maker and we bought pods at a nearby market that had anything we needed including beer/wine, etc. Location can't be beat. Plenty nearby, quiet location. It's a walk up a few flights of stairs, no biggie for us. Very clean. We had a shower drain issue early on that was addressed promptly. The driver who was sent to the airport by the property mgr/owner was very late and we waited an awfully long time; probably wouldn't do that again but it's very nice to have a driver who knows exactly where the property is. Tough call. Other than that very long wait at the airport, the property itself was most excellent.

Terrific non touristy spot good for families

This flat is in a great area of Paris - authentic neighborhood with nice shops, close to metro and walkable to Montmartre. I would stay in this area again. The flat is a good size for a family of four - we managed to squeeze in a fifth on couch in main room. Simple but functional kitchen. Great to have dishwasher and washing machine. A couple of notes: there is no AC so for hot weather this is a consideration. We only had 2 fans for three rooms. Also, some aspects of the flat needed maintenance and updating - newer pillows, kitchen faucet fixed, more glasses, drainer for plates, lamp bulbs ( lamps were flickering). Wifi worked well. Simple check in.

Had a great stay, very close to the Basilica of Sacré Cœur, the Moulin Rouge, and the staircase from John Wick 4. Also right down the street from the excellent and very popular Mamiche bakery, get there early the line gets long. The hosts Vincent and Séverine were very friendly and communicative, the apartment was clean and as we expected. We had an all around great stay!

Nice place to stay!

A friend and I very much enjoyed our stay in this pleasant 2 bedroom apartment. As others have said, the arranged drivers made arriving and leaving stress free. We enjoyed exploring the area and it is within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We recommend a stay in this nice apartment.

Hervorragende Lage

Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, sauber, ruhige Lage in Hinterhof, Montmartre und Bäckereien, Cafés, Restaurants, kl. Supermärkte etc. direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind etwas kleiner als man denkt. Für fünfköpfige Familie mit drei Kindern prima geeignet.
