It has a large living room with desk and dining table, a spacious and calm bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a elegant bathroom with a bathtub with lion feet.

Old wooden floor, a work area and a really cosy yet chic atmosphere with continuous light - and daily sunsets in the living room ! - thanks to windows on both sides of the flat. Plants, paintings, photo and art books, ancient wooden furniture.. With this typical Parisian decor, this flat will be your home away from home.

Subways: Line 4 and 12 at 120m, and line 2 less than 10mn walk.
Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are less than 10mn from the flat with direct line 4.
