Cocoonr offers this charming 100 m² flat in Saint-Ouen with a large terrace for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor overlooking the garden, it comprises a pretty 36 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi (fibre), sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you!

- A spacious and bright 36 m² living room (3m20 ceiling height) with sofa, TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime. - A dining area for enjoying a good meal. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: A master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room with shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail. - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: two single beds - Bathroom with bath, vanity unit, WC and heated towel rail - Separate WC
All rooms open onto the terrace with views over the garden.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Ouen, in a pleasant new residential area just outside Paris. Around 6 minutes' walk from line 14 and RER line C (Saint-Ouen station), it provides access to the heart of Paris in around 15 minutes.
Situated in the heart of the Docks eco-neighbourhood, you'll be close to all the essential shops (several supermarkets between 1 and 10 minutes' walk away), La Communale (a large gourmet market) about 8 minutes' walk away, as well as numerous food shops (markets, butchers, cheesemongers).
The Puces de Saint-Ouen are also about 15 minutes' walk away.

We loved staying at L’Exupéry with our family of six. There are two metro stops nearby for easy access to Paris proper, and it was easy to navigate getting around. The neighborhood itself has great amenities nearby - a wonderful bakery, a couple markets, a food hall and a new climbing gym.

After a busy day, we really enjoyed coming back to our apartment in the quiet surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this apartment again ??

The property was very nice. It had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to public transportation and a market area with a delicious Greek restaurant. Parking garage was convenient for the days we rented a car. Toilet seat in both bathrooms was loose. They needed tightening or new hardware."
I stayed at this property with 4 other adults for 3 weeks in September 2024 and was so happy with the location and the property. It was an easy 10-minute walk to two of the metro lines M13 and M14 as well as being a 12-minute walk to a shopping center with large grocery store. The location was about 30 minutes from Paris center via either metro line, we all felt very safe when walking home from there late at night.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Paris, both for adults and for families.

🙂 We really enjoyed staying here. The property is located in St-Ouen(just outside Paris), but it’s close to a RER and Metro station and it’s very easy to get to Paris’s main tourist attractions. The apartment is very spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything you can possibly need and overall the apartment is nicely decorated, without unnecessary clutter.
🙁 It wasn’t a big inconvenience for my group, but for an apartment that accommodates up to 6 people, it would be useful to receive more than 1 key."

L'Exupéry The apartment was very clean and spacious. It was very difficult to get the apartment door open on multiple occasions. The lock was sticking and we had to ask residents for help. The street was closed making it hard to get an Uber because they would cancel if they didn’t know where to detour.
Lots of space and all the amenities needed. I only wish we had a fan for the warmer nights. No other issues, would stay again. Quick walk to bus, train, or local shops.
Very clean but no AC and when we left the doors open because it was too hot a rat ran in. Also we couldn’t figure out the key on the first day and could not get a hold of the owner. Thank god a neighbor walked by and helped us.

L'Exupéry We had a great time in this apartment. 10 min from metro which you can reach Louvre within 10-15 min. The unit is new and beautiful, we had everything for our stay. Thank you so much!
The apartment is spacious, well equipped, light and bright, nicely furnished and decorated. The building is new, modern and the public areas are well kept. The location is excellent with 3 metro stations and 3 supermarkets within a 15 minute walk and metro journeys to most of the main tourist attractions taking around 15 minutes.However, our biggest issues were the mosquitoes and the heat. I appreciate that mosquitoes are not the fault of the owner/management company but we were bitten dozens of times daily (despite buying repellent and bug spray). An advance warning or the provision of bug spay/plug-in repellents etc would have been appreciated. Also, the apartment was very warm (uncomfortably so at night). Yes, the shutters provide shade and windows/doors can be opened (that let the mosquitoes in!) but there were no fans. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms or, at the very least, providing table-top fans would easily resolve this issue.Unfortunately, the apartment is showing signs of wear (towels and sheets had marks, white walls and doors had scuff marks/stains/pencil marks on them, rug and some upholstery had marks) and needs a bit of a refresh/some maintenance. Also the towel provision was a little stingy with only 1 x bath towel per person and 1 x hand towel per bathroom.Would we return? I really want to say yes as the location and apartment are great but the cons (mosquitoes, heat, maintenance, towels) outweigh the pros.

Good Location and Great appartment but..
On arrival after a 24 hr flight from Austalia the check in went terrible. The provided information to get in was excellent but the key to the premises would not unlock the door. A phone call to the help number only had a french speaking person. A passerby helped translate for us but the response was to contact Stayz!!. Keep in mind we were tired and frustraated. Finally another tenant saw our plight and he got it open ...the trick was to pull door towards me while unlocking. Problem. You must provide an englsh speaking contact phone number in your instructions for internatioal guests. Mantenance issues. The toilet had a seat that was not attached to base and toilet brush first time used it the handle fell off. Both these should have beed identified by the cleaner and fixed before arrival. Other. The lighting in louge area is useless and far too dull. The bed pillows were too soft need a couple of options. The information provided and booking process was very good. In summary. Accomodation excellent. Location good. Access and mainenance terrible

La casa è nuovissima e comoda. tutti elettrodomestici a disposizione. Metropolitana a 700 metri dove si trova anche un grande supermercato. Utilissimi i carrellini all'interno della casa per fare spesa a piedi. Terrazzino comodo, tenere porta chiusa per evitare di fare entrare eventuale fumo o animaletti. Televisione moderno con le migliori Piattaforme TV disponibili.
