Summary:

Our 18m² ground-floor studio, newly renovated, is the perfect Parisian pied-à-terre, right in the heart of the city!

This charming, bright space with exposed antique beams and two double-glazed windows is ultra-functional—ideal for solo stays or couples.



The living area features a high table with stools, a double bed, closets, and a kitchenette (refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave). Lastly, the shower room includes a vanity, WC, and washing machine.



The Space:

- 5th floor, no elevator.

- Travel cot + mattress + fitted sheet = 20€ for the entire duration of your stay
