Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Charming apt. Plenty of room clean. Lots of hot water. Surrounded by great restaurants from mom and pop to Michelin, and a short pretty walk to Metro. Would absolutely book again!

Unforgettable family trip to Paris

The apartment is very cozy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Quiet and safe location. Our stay was highlighted by the professional support from the staff. Definitely going to stay again with Sweett.

Unfinished Unit

Wifi was excellent and easy to use. TV worked fine. The unit was advertised as having air conditioning. It does not. When we called the first day, management said they would bring a portable AC unit. After daily calls, it arrived 3 days into our stay. The unit is still under construction. There are doors which can't be closed and lack hardware, including a door to a cave below the living room that can't be closed, lacking hardware. Similar problems with bathroom doors. Americans had a very difficult time using the stove, the oven, the dryer and the toaster. Some instructions are absolutely required but none were in the unit. Usually have some cooking basics. This unit didn't even have salt or pepper and there were insufficient cleaning supplies for a week's stay. The price was very reasonable, probably due to the shortcomings but the ad should have made clear that was the tradeoff. Location is great, they just need to make sure they add the unit number in the check IN instructions because they do not have any.

There was nowhere to hang anything in the master bedroom. I suggest putting some hooks on the wall so you can hang your coat up in there and perhaps a coat stand in the kitchen area so you could hang your coats there instead or aswell. Other than that the place is fantastic.

On arrival, the digital key did not work and we were locked out of the premises for over an hour. Upon entry into the kitchen area the floor was very sticky and so was the breakfast eating table. The chairs were extremely dirty and pictures have been provided to Verbo as well as the management company. We also found the living area in the basement to have an extremely dirty couch and chairs. They were several lightbulbs that weren’t working, and the night light next to one of the beds was not plugged in and all the wires were exposed, and it could not be plugged in. They were many messages and telephone calls between myself and the management company but this lead to less than full satisfaction. Eventually I contacted.VRBO head office and they tried to help out. Ultimately, it was the management company’s responsibility to remedy the deficiencies. After several days, the management company finally replaced the chairs in the kitchen. That’s what I’m able to replace the couch or chairs in the basement, so we were not comfortable watching TV on that level and it was the only TV set in the unit. On the Friday, when my brother moved in, we discovered in the second bathroom at the wash, hand sink did not have any form of plug which had been removed, and when you used this basin, it leaked through the P-trap connections as it was no plug, connecting the two together. Nothing was done about this by the management company. The management company has not paid attention to customer serv
