We love the place, try to stay there every year for ski trip. This year it’s average review, mostly for hot tub was down. Other than the slopes and the Main Street, having a hot steaming spa at the end of the long day on the slopes is a big deal for us. They were ‘diligently’ working on it, but I never saw any workers for 4 days. That and no shuttle bus -public PC redline is close enough but walking 5 minutes under full gear is a hike

Staff were all very nice. When I booked I booked an accessible room with a roll in shower. When we checked in they gave us a regular room. We went back to the desk and they gave us an accessible room but it had a tub and smelled like weed. Went back to the desk again and they told us they don’t have any accessible rooms with roll in showers. I was frustrated to hear that because my wife is in a wheelchair and we booked that room specifically for that reason. We settled on an accessible room with a tub.

The hotel is large and luxurious, has a fireplace at the lobby, a game room, pool, I believe restaurant too. It is located next to a bus stop (free) that will take you downtown Park City. Walking distance or short drive to restaurants.
