"Cozy cottage in a great location for enjoying plum island and Newburyport! The cottage has everything you need and is well organized. Check-in was very smooth and had great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend!"
Plum Island Beach Cottage - 4 Minute Walk To Beach!!

"Amazing place to stay! My family went for 2 nights for a quick beach trip before back to school. So much in walking distance ice cream, a great little restaurant called Rip Tides, surf shop, Pizza Shop, a few small little convenience store plus the beach. With 2 small kids it took 6 mins to walk there. A lot of room in the main part of the house and the bigger bedroom with 3 beds. Love having a laundry in the house to wash all the sandy clothes right away and not have to bring home. Plus the outdoor shower helped clean off the sand before going into the house. There also is a little breeze way before the livingroom which is perfect to leave clean towels and shower items before heading to the beach. Host had a great response time when messaging her. We can’t wait to go back again and bring the whole family and rent out both houses. If you have a big group of people or you want to bring along the grandparents ask to get both units. You won’t be disappointed staying here. Also we opened all the windows in the house and didn’t need to use the ac it was nice with the breeze."

"I can't emphasize enough how beautiful this house is right on the beach. Very comfortable for the wife and I. The ocean in the backyard was amazing. The balcony phenomenal. All the chairs out back were perfect. We even were lucky enough to witness a beach party pop up with a live band. Randy was a perfect host. Answered all our questions. House was STOCKED from spices to coffee to towels etc. Two big TVs, a kind sized bed. Super clean. Very new. We will return. We had amazing weather and are very sad to be back in NY. THANK YOU!"

"Fabulous location and cozy, with just enough space for our family; 2 adults, 2 young teen boys, and a small dog. We loved the covered porch and various outside seating areas. Communication with Tami was easy and prompt! I’m booking it already for next year and it can’t come fast enough!"
