"The hotel was great! Would stay again! "

"The room was clean and adequate Just very old. You could not get to the sink in the bathroom unless you went all the way in and shut the door. Very small kind of like staying in an old dorm. The area is literally in the middle of nowhere and very dark without good lighting at nite. No porch light to find your way at the front of the building either. I know I sound critical which I don’t like to be. They are great people and the area is beautiful. However, I would most likely not stay again"

"My from had broken doors, tub held together by black electrical tape, blood on doors and bathroom walls, urine on the walls dried … air system covered in dust .. my non smoking room filled with smoke and marijuana .. when asking the staff for help they acted like it was an inconvenience . Had to ask for towels for the room and was told the hotel was full that’s why I didn’t have towels. The breakfast was oatmeal packs and bread they had no juice in the dispenser and stale cereal. I had to stay because the area hotels were all booked out for events . Tried to start a claim with my booking and had to do hoops without success!!! Very disappointed"

"The Lakehouse was splendid with a breathtaking view. It was cozy and welcoming. The host was great and kind. She responded promptly to our questions. We enjoyed every moment. The amenities were impressive. We highly recommend this house to people looking for a serene place to recharge . Thank you for the memories. "
