"The location is great. It’s central to tons of shopping, great eateries and not far from the train station. 15 minute drive from the airport as well. The beds are a little firm but I happen to like firm beds. The staff are unbelievably friendly and are always ready to go above and beyond for you. "

"The hotel is a great option if you have an overnight layover in Madrid. It is closer to T4 that the other terminals. There is also a shuttle. The rooms are clean. "
