"Food was awesome. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pools were great for adults as well as kids. Suggest more pool lounge chairs or some policy to prevent people from “reserving “ chairs extremely early in the morning. Have been to other hotels where it hasn’t been a problem, maybe it’s a people problem. The activities on the beach side are fun, banana boat, parasailing, boogie boards. I did reserve 2 connecting rooms with 2 double beds for 3 adults and 3 kids but on arrival was told my reservation was for 2 rooms with king bed and pullout in each. They were full for Spring break so they weren’t able to change the rooms but the two we had were next to each other. Would stay here again."

"The Riu Palace is well designed, well appointed and I appreciated the attention to detail i.e. washrooms (WC’s) were kept clean. The room was comfortable and service was efficient. Reception was friendly and fast. My only knock on staff was not the people (to a person, they were great), but more so the need for more pool-side servers; 3-4 more during the day would have made for less (necessary) trips to the bar. The beach is well located, allowing for a large number of chairs for those who prefer the sand and those that prefer pool-side."

"Fabulous pool. Condo was exactly as advertised….clean, comfortable and close to many stores and restaurants. We loved being in the middle of all of the Bucerias activities. You won’t be disappointed."

"This property has great rooms with full kitchens. All the appliances that you would need for a vacation. The bar makes excellent margaritas and the staff is great."

"Like others said, this is a great “small/boutique” hotel. We stayed at “rancho grande” which is the room at the back of the hotel, with its own garden and bbq. The room was comfy and quite. The staff was attentive! 😁 Thanks Eva and all the staff. We will be back "

"This condo had every amenity. Great location, amazing rooftop pool and lounging area. (It could have used a few more loungers) as well as access to a barbecue. The condo is close to everything, including shops, beach and many great restaurants. The condo was missing a few things when we arrived, but the owner was quick to accommodate. However, there are still a few utensils and supplies missing in the kitchen. The one big drawback for us was the noise. Band noise till the early hours and then the annoying rooster at 4:30 AM every morning!Security was great and the cleaning once a week was very well done.."
