"This is such an amazing stay the food variation is amazing and the activities they have going on all throughout the day makes it that much more special. There won’t be a day you’ll be bored but maybe you’ll just be sore from moving so much 😂the room was also so clean and pretty there’s nothing you won’t enjoy here. The staff too! "We stayed at this resort as a family with our 10-year-old at the end of December, and we had a really enjoyable time. We were genuinely surprised by the number of pools on the property — there are many of them, most are heated, and they were very pleasant. The food was great, and the staff were always polite, helpful, and welcoming. The beach club was also excellent, and it’s only about 10 minutes away with a dedicated shuttle bus, which made it very convenient. The only negative part of our stay was the pullout sofa bed in the room, which was meant for our child. Our king-size bed was very comfortable, but the pullout mattress was terrible — extremely thin, and you could feel the springs directly through it with almost no cushioning. We had to call the front desk, and they brought a thick blanket to place on top, otherwise our child wouldn’t have been able to sleep on it. Honestly, I’m not sure why such a nice resort with great amenities would have such a cheap pullout mattress. We also spoke to other guests and it wasn’t just us — others had the same issue. Other than that, we really loved our stay. The resort is very green, feels private, and is very family-friendly. This is one of the few places where we can honestly say we would love to come back and stay again."
