We booked the hotel on July 2nd for same day through Expedia and the credit card was charged for the amount; however, on reaching the hotel we were told that the hotel doesnt take bookings through expedia. The manager was very rude and refused to give us rooms claiming that they are all booked and didnt provide any help to us. It was our worst experience booking experience. If the hotel is not taking booking through expedia, why is it showing up on its list and causing inconvenience to travellers. My itinerary number is 72122785634671. I request an immediate refund of the amount charged and removal of the property from Expedia.

Problems with hotels.com
We stayed two nights in the hotel Sarai Silk Route in the Village Passu, Hunza valley, Pakistan. We booked it with/by hotels.com!
Number of the confirmation or reservation is 8078424759747 and hotels.com confirmed it and wrote to me that all is paid by my visacard from the german bank DKB.
When we arrived in the Sarai Silk Route Hotel in Passu, Hunza, Northpakistan,
the owner of our hotel hasn't known anything. He didn't know hotels.com and has not received the money from my visacard.
He hasn't got any information from hotels.com!!!
I wrote three times an Email to hotels.com!
No answer!!!
