Brand new home located in Yacht Harbor(Less than a mile from FloraBama) a community close to the beach and boast views of the gulf and on Ole River side. This is a 5 BD/5 bath luxurious free standing home with views of the bay and the gulf and sleeps 14+. Community has private dock with some first come boat slips, will need to be reserved. Home also has a private 15ft heat swim spa. This home will have almost 2500 sq ft of heating and cooling living space with 2 Master Suites (one on each floor), tankless heaters, big balconies on each level on the backside of home for great views of the bay and gulf. Close to FloraBama(less than a mile) Crab Trap, several beach access points with parking, restaurants, grocery stores, Orange Beach and Pensacola. Elevataor is availabe with a handicap certificate.

Best Relaxing Holiday Getaway

We had two families with teens staying for a week. Accesses to the beach were close, the kids could easily walk to stores. Just a short walk from the Alabama line you can go to the famous FloraBama Bar. The kitchen and dining area in the house were perfect for large family dinners and game nights. The hot tub was used all the time.

Fantastic beach rental

Has a wonderful time with plenty of room for the whole family. Great location and an amazing host! Close to a lot of great restaurants, spent most days on the beach and nights playing games on the deck. Unforgettable vacation!

Beach trip

The house was perfect. We enjoyed the new pool and the pickle ball court. The guys loved the fishing off the dock. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Would stay there again.

July Vacation

House was great for a couple of families with teens. Right across the street from the beach and docked my boat at the slip for fishing during the week. House was clean and large enough to accommodate 9 of us easily. Could have accommodated more of us. Porches were relaxing during the evenings and for morning coffee.

We had some old college friends get together to reminisce and enjoy each other’s company. This house was perfect! It was in a location close to some good restaurants and the golf courses we played. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
