Perfect location!

Perfect location, was able to have a super early check-in! House was clean and had everything we needed and more, literally steps to the beach and we practically had the whole place to ourselves. Will definitely return!

Fun three days

Excellent location. Five minutes from everything.Older property but in good shape.Owner is excellent to work with.Lots of stairs so that is a drawback for older folks.Overall, very good.

Nice quiet spot

My wife and I stayed here for a short fall beach weekend. It's a little far away from all the things, but not too bad, and the beach is pretty secluded. The place was on good condition and way better than staying at one of those giant multi-unit condo buildings.

Weekend Getaway

Great property and excellent location for a getaway. The private beach and property owner suppling beach chairs was a huge bonus. The weather was windy and chillier than we expected but being in this property was comfortable, cozy, and made the trip perfect.

Great location and amenities

House and location were great, everything was clean and tidy, and we had all the amenities advertised and more. It was so nice not having to strap down beach chairs and tent and drive them. We would rent again for sure.

House was clean, and beautiful. We really had the beach to ourselves, one other family was there during our stay. Ariel was great to communicate and had everything we could possibly need, will definitely return!

5 minute walk from The Crab Trap and 15 min from Florabama!!

We've been coming to the area for over 20 years, we love florabama and must stay within walking distance. Beach was great, only a few people in this location so it was private and had a great time. The beach and location is awesome, house was great, host was great, trip was great

Right on the water

This is a cute, gulf front townhouse with everything you need. Good location, safe, quiet, and steps from the gorgeous white sand! The private beach is nice.

The perfect private beach spot

The house was clean and beautiful. The best part was the private beach that is literally in the back yard. They also had chairs, umbrellas, and floats on the property for guests so we didn’t have to go out and buy stuff and then travel with it. This will always be our go to spot.

Very clean. Extremely quiet even with new townhomes being built next door. Beautiful view of Gulf and a short path to the private beach. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Our family was looking for a place to stay with great beach access and away from the crowded beaches. This was the perfect place, close to restaurants and steps away from the beach. Even on a holiday the beach had plenty of space and was not crowded. Added bonus were the beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys available to use. Saved a bunch of packing space in our car!

Perfect location and Stay

This truly is a private beach! We had the best trip. Everything was as described in the listing, nothing was lacking! We enjoyed the dolphins playing every morning and the schools of manta rays that came through in the evenings. Great location! We’ll be back

Easy get away

Fun little townhouse with a great location. Easy walk to a private beach and well furnished. Ikes Beach Service provides rental service for chairs and umbrellas. Recommend some type of window coverings for the kitchen and living room for more privacy. Would stay here again.

We had such a great stay in May with Ariel that we coordinated with friends to rent both of her houses! I can't say enough about this great location; very clean, very safe, private beach, and very convenient to everything! We will definitely be returning again! Thank you Ariel!
