With amenities like WiFi, washer and dryer, and a desk if you need a spot to work from home. Guests can relax and unwind in this wonderful space. Enjoy all the nearby beaches, and all that Perdido Key has to offer when you stay at our place.

Biking distance to local parks and beaches on Perdido Key. A short 2 mile drive or bike ride to Pensacola Naval Air Station. Minutes from numerous state parks and gorgeous Gulf beaches (Big Lagoon State Park, Johnson Beach, and Tarkiln Bayou Preserve State Park) and Pensacola Naval Air Station Museum. You can see the Blue Angels Practice if they are in town!

Fenced back yard if you wish to bring your well-mannered pup, and a short drive to the beachfront dog parks so Pup can go for a run, play and swim. Beautifully furnished for relaxing getaway after your day at the local beaches and enjoy a quiet dinner in the spacious dining room or watch the sunset on the cozy back deck.

Plenty of room in the driveway for your car, and boat trailer if you want to launch at nearby Big Lagoon boat launch. Reasonably priced and comfortable for you and your family.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Use keypad entry only when leaving the house.
Trash day is Wednesday, but sit the bin out on Tuesday evening. (the trash collection happens very early Wed. mornings)
Check out time is 11am
