Riverview Respite w/Sauna and Hot Tub

  • Enjoy this upscale three room space with soaring ceilings and windows across from the marina. Escape to the private back courtyard oasis with sauna, in ground hot tub, and fire pit, exclusive to the guests of Riverview Respite. This amazing open floor plan property features 1 bedroom with a king bed, a cozy living room with an upscale king sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. It has a kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee station, toaster, and microwave. This rental is designed for a relaxing getaway. Located directly next store to the Harborview Cafe, and within walking distance to nearly every location within Pepin, this is the ideal location.

    Please note: Since we are near Lake Pepin, we are also near train tracks. Trains come at an undetermined schedule. Thankfully we are in a "no train horn" zone but they do rumble. While we love the trains and their nostalgia, this is not for everyone. I do provide white noise machines, earplugs, and fans for lighter sleepers. Also, for safety reasons, there are two security cameras within view of the hot tub - one above the owner's storage room, and the other above the back door.

We loved our stay at Riverview Respite. I was nervous when we pulled up and saw how close the trains were and how well we’d sleep. Our hosts had everything we could need to drown out the noise. The sound machine was so perfect that I immediately ordered one for home. Everything you could need was there. The decor was amazing and the backyard was a beautiful treat.

Girls weekend

Did a girls weekend with family and it was wonderful, minus the weather which no one can help. The property was as described. The only thing that would have been helpful was a drinking water source. There was a pitch in the fridge but it had some water in it and we didn’t know how it got there so we did not use it because we had no way to empty and wash it. So we just bright bottled water, which is no big deal. I will say the pillows on the bed were so comfy! The sauna was perfect! Communication with the property managers was pleasant and easy!
