"This was our 3rd stay here and as always we had a great time. Things were a little different with making reservations for the steakhouse but I'm sure that was because it was SO BUSY! We were able to make it to Galerie de Sens, the steakhouse a few times and the Mexican and Italian restaurants. The Italian restaurant was a little disappointing because we were the 1st ones in there but it took over 45 minutes to get our food and the 3-4parties behind us got all their food, dessert and left before we got ours. The pools are always great, theres plenty to do with my 12 and 5 year old boys. We all had a great time and didn't want to leave The piols are always greatthe breakfast buff"

"The elevator was very small. The resort needs more restaurants and serve more food. However, the staff was great and the overal experience was great. "

"The stay was okay overall, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The food was decent, but the resort should add more Indian and vegetarian options. The biggest issue was the front desk service—it was very poor. There was no iron or steamer available in Building 11, and despite calling many times, there was no response. When we finally reached them, they said they didn’t have one for us, which was very disappointing."

"Room was exactly as shown in pictures, newly renovated, clean and overlooking pool with beach view. Food in restaurants and buffet was great, much better then most resorts. Staff from bars to pool to restaurants where amaizing and accommodating.. Thank you Alex, Enrique and Danielle "

"We were there for 10 days and had an excellent vacation. The staff were amazing everything was clean. The only down fall was the lack of places to eat at. They could definitely use one more restaurant. They have 2 restaurants and the buffet at night and the buffet and taco house in the day. There’s plenty of chairs around the 4 pools and at the beach. Overall very good! "
