Ein Ort zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen – perfekt für Mensch und Hund

Schon beim Betreten des Appartements waren wir begeistert: Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, liebevollen Details und die warme Atmosphäre lassen einen sofort zur Ruhe kommen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche – ideal, wenn man gerne selbst kocht. Für Regentage ist ebenfalls bestens vorgesorgt: Es gibt eine schöne Auswahl an Brettspielen und Büchern. Ein echtes Highlight war für mich der gemütliche Lesebereich direkt am Fenster sowie die chillige Couch auf der überdachten Terrasse – perfekt zum Entspannen.Auch die Lage ist ideal: Direkt hinter dem Haus starten schöne Spazierwege, die wir mit unserem Hund sehr genossen haben. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt liegt eine herrliche Badestelle am See – ideal für eine Abkühlung an warmen Tagen. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir direkt für den nächsten Urlaub wieder gebucht haben

Stilvolle FeWo in schöner Lage

Alles war wundervoll. Die erste FeWo, die komplett stimmig eingerichtet war. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Zum Beispiel: Nespresso Maschine, Eisfach, Fön, Holzofen, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck und Spülmaschine. Schöner Wohn- und Kochbereich mit grossem Esstisch. Im Dorf gibt es Bäckereien, Metzger, Getränkemarkt, Bank, Cafe und Gaststätte fußläufig erreichbar. Gleich hinterm Haus kann man eine Gassirunde gehen. Traunstein, Salzburg und Berchtesgaden ist mit dem Auto schnell erreicht.Danke an die Familie Eder für die tolle Zeit.

Kleine Auszeit

Charmante, sehr helle lichtdurchflutete Wohnung, in der man sich direkt beim öffnen der Tür wohl fühlt. Viel Platz im großen Wohn- und Essbereich mit super EBK, das Bad ist riesig und sehr ästhetisch saniert, die beiden Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz, sehr gute Matratzen …es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Liebevoll sanierte Wohnung, es ist ist an alles gedacht ! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder :)

Ein toller Kurzurlaub

Gemeinsam mit unserem Hund hatten wir einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in Petting. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und entspricht voll und ganz dem Inserat. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und sympathisch. Petting bietet zwei gute Restaurants sowie schöne Ausflugsziele im Umland.

Sehr schöne FeWo in Petting

Die FeWo ist sehr schön, besonders das Bad ist toll. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Leider ist die Gastronomie in Petting sehr überschaubar, eine Gaststätte am See, die Sonntag um 17 Uhr schließt und ein Bräustüberl im anderen Ortsteil. Insgesamt sehr ländlich gelegen.

gelungener Kurzurlaub

Schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an den Chiemsee oder Salzburg. Direkte Feldrandlage, wenn man einen Hund dabei hat. Grundstück nicht eingezäunt. Hund kann auf die Strasse oder Nachbargrundstücke laufen. Daher ggf.Schleppleine erforderlich. Kontakt mit Vermietern super.

Wunderschöne Tage in Bayern

Die Betreuung vor Ort, war klasse, Philipp hat uns sehr freundlich und coronakonform empfangen und alles erklärt. Die Wohnung wurde erst renoviert, alles topmodern und vor allem groß genug. Super ist die freistehende Badewanne und der Kamin - Holz hinterm Haus ist inklusive. Zu empfehlen sind Ausflüge an den Chiemsee und natürlich nach Salzburg (30min.). Da wir Anfang Januar keinen Schnee in Petting hatten, sind wir zum Rodeln immer nach Reit im Winkl (55min.) gefahren, was als „Schneeloch“ bekannt ist. Dort gab es genug Schnee und einen coolen Rodelhang. Außengastronomie direkt davor, sodass die Eltern beim Glühweintrinken ihre Kinder im Auge haben und umgekehrt. Es lohnt sich auch, hinter Ruhpolding auf einen Parkplatz zu fahren und einen Schneespaziergang im Wald zu machen. Dort gibt es auch coole Loipen für Langläufer und mehrere kleine Seen. Auch hinterm Haus gibt es einen Feldweg, der zum Flanieren einlädt. Gastronomisch können wir den Italiener im Ort und den Griechen in Waging empfehlen, wo wir das Essen abgeholt haben. In Petting selbst darf man keine Starbucks- und S.Oliver-Filialen erwarten, aber es gibt einen Bäcker, einen Getränkehandel und sogar einen urigen Edeka-Markt, der sicherlich seit 1970 unverändert ist. Fazit: Top-Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Umgebung!

Viel Platz und gut ausgestattet

Alles prima! Überraschend war, dass wir von der jeweils über uns wohnenden Familie keine Geräusche gehört haben. Lediglich bei geöffneter Balkontür hörte man dass jemand da war. Anscheinend gut gedämmt. Die Gegend ist ein Fahrradparadies.
