"Our family room was spacious, airy, bright and clean. For more than 1 child a bigger room may of been needed. As a spa hotel the facilities were good, however I would not recommend for families with younger children, this hotel is clearly aimed at an adult experience. During our stay a civil ceremony took place, daytime was civilised and did not intrude too much on our stay, however at night loud music and raucious guests kept us awake until nearly midnight, I would advise checking if anything is going on at the hotel during your stay before booking. Overall good value spa and pool facilities, not a family friendly hotel, would recommend for a short stay adult only."

"Breakfast was very good, staff super friendly and helpful and welcoming, I am looking forward to staying again in may. 1 option some overnight oats would be good for a breakfast choose. Easy parking but should be free for residents. The taps and shower needs upgrading in the bathrooms. Sauna needs a good clean."

"The Hotel and room were lovely. There was no one on Reception when we arrived and we had to phone a number and wait. The room itself was lovely. We then had a concern that the shower was not hot enough, and were told it would be looked into. The problem was not corrected."

"Room not that clean. Bathroom fan didn't work. Some mold on bathroom. Smoke alarm went off early in AM. False alarm. Overall property in disrepair. Staff disinterested. First time staying at a Premier Inn and probably my last. "
