We provide 1 complimentary parking space per reservation. The parking area is located on the 3rd floor of the garage building connected to the building. The locked garage is monitored by 24/7 by security and accessible via stairs only. The garage isn't regularly maintained so please be mindful there maybe areas of dampness especially after heavy rain or snow.

There is also SP+Parking, a paid parking garage ($25/day) across street at Lincoln Square as an alternative option or if you have more than one vehicle

★★Other things to note★★

Kindly note a fob will be provided to access the garage and there is a $50 replacement fee for a lost keyfob.

This apartment is on S. Broad Street, which is a major arterial street in Philadelphia. There is potential for street noise at night especially during warm weather days when cars are more plentiful.

For longer-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests

The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee.

We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Please make sure to bring your own cooking supplies if you intend to cook.

Great location

We loved the location of the apartment. Such a walkable city and easy to get to many cute neighborhoods. Courtyard was also lovely and helps with lack of natural light inside.

Heart of Philly

Lot of things in walking distance. Though I was there for work and not enjoyment I could see the possibilities of the location. Mak sure to view the Youtube videos on navigating from parking garage to room.

Great Place

The apartment was in the perfect location for my family. It was just enough space, it was clean and the communication was fabulous. We parked in the garage which was super helpful because we didn't have to find parking. I would highly recommend this place

Cozy place, nice host

My friend and I had a nice stay at the apartment. The place was clean and looked just as advertised. There was a small issue with lighting as one of the power outlets was out but the host offered to come and fix it, though we declined. Great communication and an overall nice stay.

Excellent location and historic building- enjoyed the garden off the apartment. Beds comfortable. The only negative would be limited light as the only window is the top half of the door exiting to the garden.

Great place to stay for a few days

My mother and I spent a few days in Philadelphia and rented this unit. It was clean, nicely located, and very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed this place. The parking is a blessing, we parked when we arrived and didn’t move the car until it was time to check out. Our renters were very good at checking in on us and making sure we were well taken care of.

Lovely property with easy access to many Philadelphia sites!

Friendly and accomodating property owners, beautiful location, enjoyable patio with coy pond. Very close to grocery store (one block), Target, Starbucks. Quick 5 minute trip to many of Philadephia's tourist sites. Perfect location for my family's visit to see the museums and historical sites! We will stay here again in the future!

Philly Trip

This place is great place to stay, in a nice location. We loved the garden area, and koi ponds. It’s close to a Target for all your shopping needs. We used a nearby subway station and we got right into the stadium for a concert. Also easy to get to City Hall and see the sights. We would definitely try to stay here again on our visit, thanks for making our trip memorable!

Great little spot in South Philly

The apartment was clean and spacious - and the parking garage was a life saver. The neighborhood has many little shops and restaurants, but you can tell the area's still developing. I felt safe and comfortable with my family.

We had to change our reservations and Elizabeth was very accommodating. She was always pleasant to work with. Parking is not convenient but that is the normal for Philly and at least parking is provided.

Prime location for going to the Sports Complex!

Conveniently located one block from the subway! Took just minutes to get to Citizens Bank Park. Parking was a breeze! We had two cars so the other car we put in a garage two blocks away for $24/day. Building was very nice, beautiful courtyard and friendly 24 hour reception. Great restaurants within walking distance (go to Pho75 if you can)! Target and Starbucks next door. Had a great time! Thanks!

Great Location

I really enjoyed this rental. I stay in this building often and this is one of my favorite apartments by far! The access to the courtyard is great. The only thing to be aware of is that there are no windows in the bedrooms. I felt that the lack of windows made for a great sleep. The bathroom is very large as are the bedrooms. The only reason it lost a star was that there was a hole in a closet door and scuff marks on one of the walls. I will definitely be staying here again.

Philly rental

The unit was very clean and the hosts were excellent and responsive. We chose it for proximity to relatives a 10 minute walk away and the neighborhood is easy to get around, and pretty close to the airport. A Target and Sprouts Grocery are conveniently located across the street. It's not obvious from the pictures, but there are no windows in either of of the bedrooms, and only a door in the living room; making the unit much darker than it appears in the photos.

Great family place

My family and l stayed 3 nights, total of 6 people. We found it conveniently located for most things, especially considering the off street parking. I really appreciated the video instructions on parking lot to condo. We were able to easily walk to the historic district and walk home from Reading Market. We made a trip to the Target next door just about every day for groceries. The condo has an ice cream scoop! There is a Starbucks, chipotle and Popeyes very close. Don’t hesitate to book your vacation here and enjoy your stay! Sheets are very comfy. 🙂

Uncomfortable furniture, great location

We traveled for Thanksgiving for the 4 of us to spend time together. The couch and two chairs in the LR are so uncomfortable. One of the dining chairs is about to come apart. The coffee table was wobbly and also about to fall apart. The floors are peeling up. The only window in the entire place is the back door you see in the photos. The second bathroom smelled like marijuana our entire stay(we just kept that door closed). I contacted our hosts as we were unsure how to turn down the heat on the thermostat and Elizabeth never returned our inquiry. We figured it out the next day on our own. I cannot speak to the parking as we never parked in the spot.Other than those items, the place was super clean, the beds were very comfortable. And the location to our son was awesome!! The work out facility was amazing. The kitchen had all the items we needed to make a couple dinners during our 4 night stay. Front desk staff were always very friendly.

Good, but needed maintenance

The apartment is sufficiently large and comfortable. Lack of windows in both bedrooms was surprising, but ventilation was quite good, so it did not cause problems. There have been several small things missing or broken at the apartment to the extent, that if it were my apartment, I would not rent it without fixing or replacing them first. The owner was very responsive in acknowledging all the issues and taking care of some of them. Others needed more time to respond to than the duration of our stay.

Very pleasant stay

This is a Landmark building, so take into consideration the age of the property. Unit was very clean and updated. Beds were very comfortable! There is a little atrium out back with a koi pond — for in the center of the city was really cute to see. Parking garage was city-living .... old, dingy, and stairs only. No elevator from required 3rd floor parking level. Steep ramps and tight turns — only one ramp up or down. Garage is in the rear of property so a good walk through the other part of the building to the unit. Bright side is that the unit is three doors down from the reception desk, so entry from the front is a breeze. On-site reception desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. Location was good. Center City and all that jazz just blocks down. This building is located in the Theater District, but as of 3/21, fairly quiet on the performance front. Target, CVS, Dunkin, Starbucks all STEPS away. Target was closer than my car. Unit was stocked with everything needed and all appliances were functioning properly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon! Thanks again!

Great location

The place was great and quiet inside the apartment. It was easy to use for myself and my dad who was in a wheelchair and allowed us to stay up different times as we battled the opposing coast jet lag with the quiet separate rooms. Front staff was helpful and friendly. Access to parking was a bonus.
