New home with brand new appliances & amenities. Home is situated in the East Passyunk neighborhood of South Philly & is close to many restaurants/bars, grocery stores, public transportation, and so much more! Street & Neighborhood are family friendly.

Home is fully furnished & features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a private backyard & private roof deck. Roof deck has city skyline views & stadium views (Citizens Bank Park, Wells Fargo Center, and Lincoln Financial Field). Each bedroom features full closets, mounted Smart TVs, desks, and either blackout curtains and/or light dimming blinds (primary bedroom includes top down/bottom up blinds).
