The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Any leftover food should be placed in the bin outside by the garage door.
Please put used towels, sheets, and blankets in the basket that’s in the room.
Please make sure the front door is fully locked and the metal gate is closed. The code will expire at 11:45 AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No loud music or noise after 1am out of respect for tenant on the lower level and for my neighbors. Failure to follow may result on a $100penalty fee.
Please No fighting inside or outside the house, the neighbors and tenant have my number to call me. if any of this happen you will be asked to leave.
No standing or seating on the table/ pool table and/or any of the counter tops. No smoking upstairs in the Bathroom, Bedroom or hallway.
