I stayed at this property before. Hence why I decided to reserve 3 nights there again, only this time the property was closed with no notice on the locked doors or an email or a phone call. We drove there only to see no cars in the parking lot and the hotel in semi darkness. Very unprofessional. I will never stay there again if they ever reopen.

I did not like that it is not open...i confirmed it earlier in the week because they have been closed due to a fire panel that needed replaced...at the last minute I get a call from Robin at Wyndham apologizing because she had to cancel my reservation because they did not get clearance to open. This has been 3 weeks or more now.

The restaurant and cafe that serves breakfast were both closed so my family and i were unable to enjoy any breakfast at the hotel which was very disappointing. I think that i should have been made aware of this before check in since having breakfast available is a major decision factor for myself and family regarding picking a hotel. The hotel states that they have a business center, however i was made rudely aware from a front desk staff member that that's not the case. I asked for a late check out upon arrival, however a member of housekeeping was still knocking on my door ahead of time asking when i was leaving. Overall, the hotel is very nice but i was not very impressed with this stay. I love the Wyndham Bensalem so i will return in the near future.

NO FOR FAMILIES

HORRIBLE!!!! My one year found a pill on the floor and almost choked on it. It was so noisy and drunk people everywhere. NOT GOOD FOR FAMILY!!!! The hotel rooms were falling apart.
