Bring your family and take advantage of the beautiful weather all year round. This luxurious waterfront property has an open floor plan, flooded with natural light from every direction, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas, your own private zero edge (heated) swimming pool, an outdoor covered dining area, a BBQ grill, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances, and a dry bar with all the necessary tools to create your perfect drink. Need something quieter? Enjoy a glass of wine while reading a book while basking in the sunlight on the patio or by spending hours chatting while sitting lakeside, or enjoy the breathtaking sunset views with your guests. You will have everything you need to truly make this a home away from home.

The Ritz at Sandpiper Shores home is centrally located with beautiful waterfront views, and a wonderfully landscaped backyard that is made for your enjoyment. Offering the perfect location, this home is close to many beautiful golf courses or a short commute to some great shopping, dining, and other entertainment venues in the nearby community.

Two kayaks can be delivered to the home for $200.

Concierge services available upon request. Need the refrigerator or bar stocked before you arrive? Let us know and we can pre-stock the kitchen or bar with whatever you may need, for an additional charge. Daily housekeeping is also available.

Perfect location and very relaxing

Owner was very attentive and the property was just as advertised. There were many nice touches as well. Stocked beverage refrigerator. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for our mom and three daughters trip! We all had our own bedroom. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get around in Chandler AZ. The pool was great also. Host responded quickly to any questions we had.

Easter Getaway

We expected to show up to a beautiful property per the VRBO listing and in person it even exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home. They had everything you could need and more for a perfect getaway. We are frequent vacation rental users and are owners ourselves. This was our favorite property we’ve stayed at to date.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Great location and the backyard was very peaceful. Perfect for a family getaway. We stayed 3 nights but wanted to stay longer because it felt like home away from home. So much better than a hotel. Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing Stay!

Our stay at this property was First Class! The house is incredibly clean, the finishes are all top of the line and Christian was always quick to respond. The house is close to shopping and restaurants but we found we really wanted to stay put and enjoy the house and pool! I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one tops the list!
