The fully renovated and air-conditioned apartment with a surface area of 55m2 is located on the ground floor on the reception side (overlooking the 1st floor on the pool/beach side).
It is composed of an entrance with a separate toilet, a laundry room, a living room, kitchen, living room, a bathroom with toilet, two beautiful bedrooms with sea view and a covered terrace of 10m2.
