"Parking is tight and a lot of work if you are not from here. Giovani met us in the parking lot and parked the car for me (glad he did). The room was up 3 floor and as expected no elevator. The room was charming and clean; there were screens in the window and a ceiling fan or a nice breeze. The internet was good and the building was quite, but some noise outside for a bit at night. The bathroom was okay- small as expected. The only issue was there were no night time curtains for the window. I would definitely stay again if visiting Tivoli."

"The apartment is on the edge of the restricted driving zone, in the historic part of Tivoli. As Canadians, it was very cool to stay right in an ancient city, where the past and the present co-exist. The bedroom and a bathroom are upstairs and there is a small kitchen, living room/dining room plus a second bathroom on the lower level. It was very spacious for just 2 people. We did find the stairs up to the bedroom (they are sort of circular) a bit tight - if you had poor vision or mobility issues they may be difficult to manage. Air conditioning in the bedroom made it easy to sleep, even though we visited during a heat wave. The host provided very detailed instructions on how to find the property and was immediately available by phone when our taxi driver had a question. Communication throughout our stay was very good. The kitchen was well outfitted and it was nice to pick up supplies at a nearby grocery and make a simple meal and relax. The location was excellent - it is within a 20 minute walk of the train station, the Villa d'Estes, and groceries/restaurants. The Sanctuary of Hercules Victor is almost next door (you can purchase a 3-day pass to the Sanctuary and both of the Unesco sites). The Villa d'Adriana was about a 50 minute walk."

"This apartment in beautiful Tivoli was our favorite 朗 it was clean, and had all the modern touches we needed. I loved having a soft blanket after so many scratchy sheets My favorite time was my morning coffee over looking the gardens. Massimiliano was an amazing host! He immediately answered any need I had. He arranged 2 cars for us to the train station. He was kind, and respectful despite our language barrier. Thanks again! This was by far our favorite stay after traveling a month through Europe We will be back!"
