"This was an amazing place to stay during our visit to Sorrento and would highly recommend to anyone. Giacomo was an amazing host who was very helpful and always around to take care of any of our needs. Can’t wait to go back!!"
"Great hotel and very friendly staff. The breakfast is amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here not only due to its great location but the cleanliness and room size. "
"We really loved our stay at mistral suites. It was difficult to find, but the staff stayed with us on the phone and even sent someone out to the street to help us find it. The room was perfect. You could not beat the view of the sea, and Mount Vesuvius. The traffic in Sorrento was a nightmare for walking, but once you got to the town Square it was much better. I would definitely stay there again. We felt safe behind, locked gate and a locked front door. "
"The hotel is located just about a 1 minute walk from the center of town. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Service was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Sorrento "
"Family run boutique hotel that is very clean and quiet. The owner, Luigi, is very attentive and also doubles as a concierge. I would definitely stay there again. 🍋"

10/10 Excellent
"Incredible rooftop bar! Best view in all of Sorrento. Great pool and cocktail bar, but the pool closed too early. Drinks are very expensive. Quiet neighborhood, but also pretty far from town, so be aware. Rooms are older but spotless and comfortable. Staff was great. "
"We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well kept. I like that the hotel seemed quiet however we didn't have a car and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. (with hills). I would recommend!"
"Spectacular hotel whose concierge services are unrivaled. The hotel has magnificent views with beautiful and spacious rooms. This hotel was the splurge of my Italy trip and it did not disappoint. You will love this hotel and its staff.
In addition the Grand Hotel Europa offers first class concierge services. During my stay I needed help with a medical emergency. The hotel made arrangements for me to see a specialist immediately and delivered prescribed medication to my room. The hotel staff facilitated then advocated on my behalf above and beyond to make sure I received the medical care needed. I will forever be grateful to Valentina and the entire staff."
"Great location and value for money. The pool was a great reprieve from heat and break from touring. Breakfast was excellent - lots of options - hot and cold, pastries, sweet tarts, frittata, eggs etc - very generous. Location is great - quick 5 minute walk to shops, main piazza and train station. Perfect base to day trip to pompei, amalfi coast, naples - Clean and tidy rooms and amenities. I would definitely stay again - travelled solo with 10 and 12 yo "
"A really lovely newly refurbished hotel that was clean and fresh. It had a relaxed atmosphere and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection that really sets you up for the day. It is also perfectly located with just a short walk to everything you meed, shops, restaurants buses and trains. The added bonus for us to was that it was adults only. It really was the perfect base for us. Highly recommend. "
"Excellent location, staff and cleanliness. Downside is the policy of not bringing any outside food or beverage onto the property, this includes bottled water. For the price of a 4 star hotel, I expect to be able to bring a bottle of water into my room without feeling like I am breaking the rules. Otherwise, excellent hotel. "
