"The room was nice but the carpet was gross ! Like years of caked on dirt and filt and the bathtub was gross! It was like they painted it white and it was chipping off and still gross . But the pools was very impressive ! The staff didn’t speak English . So it was hard to borrow a broom "

"We booked this resort during Spring break to have a pool vacation. During this time, the family pools were completely overcrowded each time we went. We also did not receive housekeeping regularly (we had not opted out) except once by special request when they had not been by for two days. We were a family of four, and all we wanted was a refreshed room and to relax by the pool, neither of which happened."
