My room was not that clean for the money I paid, it was smashed jelly on the side of the bed and floor look like it has been there for awhile. Every time we went to sit or get on the bed it sled away with us almost falling to the floor. Fridge and microwave also need stability falls forward everytime you open it. The coffee and juice and sweets was nice but I am Diabetic so it was nothing there I could enjoy.

Proximity to the beach and ocean, pier, and restaurants. A bit dated, but perfectly fine and very clean. The price reflected this as well. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice gesture, with the juices and fruit being the nicest part. A group of motorcyclists also staying. Great people, just a little noisy when they were coming and going. No problems otherwise though. Thank you for a nice stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. the staff was very nice and helpful. It was really nice to have access to the pool and spa. That was a plus for me. There’s stairs off the parking lot that leads right down to the beach it’s so convenient everything is walking distance basically five minutes max on foot to get to the downtown area. If you are looking for a nice basic hotel room this place is perfect it worked well for us. I will definitely be booking here again for my next trip.

Staff was fantastic, however this is an outdated motel that needs to be refurbished. The walls are very thin so most conversations from the room next door as well as from the parking lot are easily heard!

Hotel is literally off the beach. Walking distance towards downtown and many dining options. Hotel has free parking on site. Checking in was easy. Our room was clean and tidy. Had a good stay

I’ve never stayed at this property before, but I definitely will be again. Really appreciated thy they let us check in early due to the rain. We also got a free upgrade in room. Very close to everything. Room was very comfortable and clean. Looking forward to our next visit.

The hotel is practically in front of the beach, and the room was nice and clean. The pool was heated around 80 degrees F and jacuzzi was awesome too. The breakfast was very limited and could improve by for example offering cereals and adding a small fridge with milk and yogurts

Dirty floor, “clean” towels contained hairs, 2 drunk males in the middle parking lot with a pitbull in the passenger seat of car soliciting customers including myself, another male walking around the cars and rooms at midnight, heard every laugh, door slam from the neighbor who appears to be living there, the trash truck was my alarm at 6 am. Horrible for about $165 a night!

Hotel has a warm pool with a great hot tub and is right by the beach! Everything is walkable which was perfect! If you want a balcony room get it on the third floor for a much better view that is not right over the hotel dumpster. Breakfast is two muffins and a granola bar in a paper bag.

The staff was fantastic! ....but- the property was extremely run down and in very poor condition. The rooms are dated, damp, and dreary. Our room had a very strong chemical cleaner smell that we tried to air out by opening the patio slider, but it did not dissapate and gave us both terrible headaches from the odor. The screen door broke on our balcony right upon first opening. The view is nice from the 3rd floor, but it does not make up for the run down property, especially when there are so many nicer options in the area. We were extremely surprised and wished we had looked at the cancellation policy before booking. We decided to lose the $200 and stay somewhere more comfortable, as this was just was not worth it at all. Very upset by the experience, and surprised at the reviews on expedia (not 8/10, more like a 4/10) but grateful to the kind staff for trying to accommodate for the poor condition of the property. This property could be a lot better with some TLC put into it! Will be paying more attention to cancellation policies in the future.

we stayed here one night during spring break with my wife and two kids. first time in pismo beach, the hotel was conveniently located at the beach. as far as our stay we slept well and felt safe. the room could’ve used a bit more attention as far as cleanliness and had a sent, not repulsive just a faint sent. location was just great boardwalk was walkable which included shops, bars and restaurants. staff was 5stars room 4stars location 5stars. for the price and last minute timing a good hotel all in all

It was so noisy 24 hours a day! The rooms were all packed full with 16 guests each. Housekeeping would just scream back and forth. The front desk tried to move us after 2 days but it didn’t help. We never would stay there again.

Both mornings we stayed there we had to call and complain about lack of hot water. Hot water came on after about 8 AM. Towels were visibly dirty and dark. Breakfast was just a couple of small muffins and coffee
