The property offers a large, heated swimming pool, club house and spacious sun decks. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom plus den condo offers beautiful views of the Charlotte Harbor, and waterfront gazebo. The condo consists of a modern kitchen, comfortable living area, two bedrooms, Master bedroom has a king bed, and the Guest bedroom has a king bed, and a large, screened lanai. The living room and the den each have a sleeper sofa. There is a television in each bedroom and one in the living room. The condo is nonsmoking, sleeps 8, and does not allow pets.
