Stay was short for cruise, so it was perfect for that. The staff Yaslim and Chris are helpful and friendly even with the large amount of guest standing, waiting and or asking for help. Property needs steam cleaning and a paint job. Other than housekeeping keep it as clean as they can.

This hotel is so beautiful and the staff is so kind and accommodating. The pool and beach areas are stunning, the food is delicious, the rooms are spacious, the beds are so comfortable, and the location is perfect. It’s the best hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to go back again!

Room was clean, bed very comfy. We don’t like the half door shower they have going on but it looks very nice. I hated the toilets lol. The restaurant onsite didn’t have pepperoni pizza, or beef for the nachos. Also super slow service. The pool was pretty, it stayed in the shade the entire time we were there, which I bet is great when it’s super hot out! From booking I really thought there was going to be more around, or a little walk by the water, it was more industrial though. Definitely a great location to stay the night before your flight because it’s so convenient to the airport.
