"Lovely hotel. We asked for a room away from traffic noise and were given a 4th floor room at rear of hotel. Not that noise would have been a problem as the hotel does not front onto a busy road as we thought it did. Breakfast was very good, service was excellent, short walk to river, short drive to beach, impressive individual styling on landing of each floor, comfy room with very firm mattress although softer pillows would have been better. "Amazing stay! Everything was excellent from start to finish. Staff from the restaurant was super efficient and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious with good variety. Very clean. "At the end of three week road trip with friends all over Portugal and Andalusia Spain we booked a night at your lovely hotel! The pool was beautiful and very relaxing with a great bar took a nap in the sun! The rooms were very clean hallways could use fresh paint.. the breakfast buffet was delicious Wish the beds were not so hard! The location is great so close to the beach! Highly recommend! "

"We got the cheap studio with the sofa beds that dont have such great reviews. However, we turned them around and put them together to make a big bed. They were quite comfortable and the sheets and pillows were good quality. Very satisfied. The only issue was that there was no dish soap in the kitchen. The balcony had great views of the village and the beach. We were facing west, and had a lovely sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the restaurant called Bellmonte next...
