"Hotel was great! Rooms were large, Clean, tidy but a little tired and probably due a refurb. Bed was comfy and we slept well. The view across the ocan was amazing. Felt like we’d really lucked out! Food was good. All Staff were friendly and polite. Several Shuttle bus to the beach, although we walked probably 10 mins, not an issue for us. Really nice touch that there was a hotel bar on the beach serving drinks and food that was included in the all inclusive package from the hotel. We had a great time! "

"Loved the hotel and most of the staff were amazing albeit an older lady on check in/out wasn’t over friendly but we didn’t let her manor upset our holiday everyone else made up for her. The cleaners were also lovely and friendly "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and overall very comfortable. For a 3-star hotel with a reasonable price, the food was surprisingly good. The best part of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. Their positive attitude made everything easier and more enjoyable. I also loved the location – having a beach and a shopping center nearby was a big plus for me. I didn’t use the water park, but it looked clean and well-kept. The cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel were impressive. The rooms were spacious enough, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was also very comfortable for sleeping. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."

"Did not use food or spa, not pushed by staff to use facilities, brocure for spa seems for female's only. This is not a hotel as such but no hotplate to cook on in room, Very cheap decor, ie plastic and wood and everywhere painted same colour light brown. Nothing in it after 9pm "

Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. 🍽️ Food: The buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, with fresh options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was something for everyone – from international favorites to delicious Canarian specialties. 💦 Aquapark & Facilities: The Aquapark was a hit – especially for families and kids. It added an extra level of fun and adventure to the trip! The pools were well-maintained, and the entire complex felt safe and 🌞 Location: The beach is right there, and there are lovely walking paths and nearby attractions in Puerto de Mogán and beyond.
