"Good hotel, but a few details to improve* I enjoyed my stay and I give it 4 stars. The room was nice and comfortable, and I appreciate the upgrade for being an Expedia VIP client. However, there were a few issues on arrival: the room phone was not working and there was no drinking water in the room, which I had to request. Also, the food variety could be improved, especially on the international food night. I expected more options and variety for dinner. With better attention to these small details at check-in and in the restaurant, it would easily be a 5-star experience. I would still consider staying here again."

"Great hotel. This was my second stay here and I loved it. The location is great, the staff are amazing, and the pool and beach are the best. The only thing that was a sub par was the food.
