"The staff were (again) super. The breakfast team were always welcoming and eager to help and Anna from reception was wonderful.

Mum is disabled and needs a scooter to get around, the lift access to each floor meant everything was available but the lower lift remises broken for our entire trip which meant reliance on taxis from the top or me dismantling and carrying it down the steps while mum had to stand. "Reception is on the 8th floor, with the rest of the rooms being underneath since the property is on a steep hill, which was a little odd. Check in and check out were both very smooth. It was a little hard to find parking (we ended up parking a ten minute walk away, but it was free). We didn't use the kitchen but it looked very nicely stocked with cookware. Definitely a hotel for the older crowd! "
