The view was amazing. The room is just like in the pictures. Its a real palm roof which is good and bad. We went in May and it was HOT!! The only thing we didn't care for was the heat, the poor lil AC didnt do anything to cool the room down.
Other than that. Beautiful rooms, the staff was amazing, I wanted to take them home with me.
It felt close to civilization and just far enough to be left alone. Wish we could have stayed longer

Best stay!!! Loved the staff , loved the vibe!! Unfortunately i did go when the seaweed was at its fullest but i already knew so we planned to go to a cenote beach club and a lagoon and was amazing. Food is absolutely delicious at Tago and they have a Sushi restaurant there too that I highly recommend. Such an oasis and tranquility. Rooms were gorgeous and the vegetation around was so beautiful. Highly recommend this place, definitely will be coming back!!

The staff were some of the the most helpful and friendly people I have ever dealt with when traveling. This says a lot as I travel half the year. The food and drinks at the restaurants was wonderful. The one thing I will point out is that the hotel owners need to work on updating broken patio furniture and the hotel as a whole. For what they charge it really was sad to see the hotel looking worn out. Note: we had 4 villas (not really a villa more like room with deck) for 7 days and the air con did not work well in one of the villas. Power was out several times for long periods which meant no water either but we understand this can be typical in the area. The highlight besides the beauty of the area was the staff.
