"Staff were friendly and accomodating. The area was safe for family with kids. Metro station and bus stop is across the entrance of the hotel. It is right in front of plaza de españa. A lot of restaurants and stores for food options and daily necessities. Breakfast is very good with a lot of options, I especially liked the omelette station. We are actually going back here to stay for the last leg of our Spain vacation. The airport is about 20mins away for travel information."
"The hotel has an excellent location, right across from the train station and surrounded by excellent restaurants and a supermarket. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive."
"Our stay at Intelier Palacio de San Martín Hotel was spectacular! The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area, making it easy to walk to the metro station and main area of Gran Via. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel when returning to Madrid! "
"I highly recommend staying here if you want to have a clean room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast (included, which is rare in hotels in Madrid is always extra), and location is the best (you are in front of the four seasons). Will definitely be back here when in Madrid. I travel a lot and this hotel met all my expectations! Thank you so much Regina!"
"I loved the hotel, location was excellent. Maybe the one thing I didn’t like was the lobby, I have never seen a lobby so small, but maybe there is a reason. "

Marble statues, woven tapestries and the tomb of its founder are among the highlights of a fascinating convent and museum, where Franciscan nuns still live.
