"This property is amazing! The unobstructed ocean views are stunning & we especially loved watching the surfers from sun up to sun down during our stay. Space was just enough for me, my mom & my 2 adult kids. The front deck provides literally a front row seat to people & dog watching, walks along the cliffs are soul-filling & directly across from the property. The communication was excellent & nothing needed to be reported, as the place had everything we needed. Thank you for an awesome stay. Hope to be back in future!"

"The house was a great size, very clean, and very comfortable! We stayed with a group of 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 3 and 5) and dogs. There was plenty of room for us all. The beds were comfortable and the outside space was lovely. The location was down a private/dead-end road and was quiet and very peaceful."

"Our family had a great time in Santa Cruz. The house was as advertised: on the water, great location, great set up for bbq and enjoying sunsets on the deck. The beach shown in the pictures never appeared, but the sound of waves crashing on the rocks was awesome."

"I can't say enough about how wonderful this stay was. The host was available and attentive, the accomodations were clean and comfortable, the beach and cliffs are right down the road, great coffee shop and dining a couple blocks away, and the hot tub is fantastic! I highly recommend the romantic retreat for a cooule!"
