Le Gwez cottage - idyllic place near Matignon (2 km)

The holiday home "Le Gwez" is located in a very quiet area situated at 1.8 km in the south of Matignon. The beaches (6 km) can easily be reached by car or by bike. The house was renovated in 2018 and 2023 (new living room). The property has a large enclosed garden (1200 sqm). The house has a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and 2 bedrooms: one room with a double bed (140 x 190) ans one room with two single beds (90x190 ans 100 x 200). The cottage "Le Gwez" is the ideal accommodation for a couple or a small family.
Matignon is a good location to discover the highlights of the Côte d'Emeraude (Emerald Coast). The main attractions of the region are all within a short distance (Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap-Fréhel). If you like, you can also explore the varied coastal paths. In summer, there are water sports facilities in Saint Cast.
Sheets and towels can be rent for 10€ per person. Additionnal housekeeping may be arranged for an extra fee of 40€.

nous avions déjà hébergé dans cette superbe location. Avec les travaux effectués par le propriétaire, cela est devenu plus grand. Maison toute aussi charmante et agréable pour passer de belles vacances non loin de la mer. Au calme avec un jardin cloturé et fermé ce qui a permis à notre chien de pourvoir lui aussi de passer de bonnes vacances . a recommander sans hésitation. Ruhe auf dem Land

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Gelände ist für Familien mit Hund ideal, alles umzäunt. Das Haus ist etwas außerhalb, zu Fuß ist man in ca 20 min in Matignon. In der weiteren Nachbarschaft wird Tierzucht betrieben - zu manchen Tageszeiten riecht man das ein bisschen . Uns hat es aber nicht gestört und wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen!

Une très agréable maison nichée au milieu d’un superbe jardin.

J’ai passé une très agréable semaine dans ce gîte, en campagne mais non loin de Matignon, un bourg très vivant et pourvu de toutes les commodités. Il fait bon vivre dans cette maison dont le jardin entièrement clos et bien entretenu regorge d’oiseaux. Le propriétaire est très gentil et facile à contacter en cas de besoin.

Belle région maison très bien située au calme en pleine campagne. Propreté intérieur nous a un peu dérangé. Casseroles sales toilettes pas nettoyer lave vaisselle sale. Toile d araignée et rebord des fenêtres de dehors pas nettoyer. Matelas petit lit moisi. Autrement tout était parfait. Maison a conseillé.

Lage inmitten von Landwirtschaftsbetrieben

Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Leider fand keine Grundreinigung statt, wir kamen die Kosten für Handtücher und Bettwäsche erstattet. Aufgrund der Lage zwischen zwei Landbetrieben mit Viehhaltung war am Haus kein Aufenthalt in frischer Luft möglich. Im Haus riecht es muffig und feucht. Lüften war ebenfalls ein Problem (siehe oben) und beseitigte den Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit nicht. Wem dies nicht stört wird mit der Ausstattung der Küche und WLAN zufrieden sein.

Calme et dépaysant

Nous avons trouvé une location propre. Les pièces sont spacieuses, un terrain clôturé pratique pour notre chienne. Le tout au calme seul bémol un tracteur qui roule trop vite. Nous avons apprécié le confort de cette maison après une bonne journée de marche. De nombreuses visites à faire autour de ce gîte. Je recommande.

Le Gwez Matignon

Das Haus ist sehr schön mit einem großen tollen nicht einsehbarem Garten und nahe zu sehr schönen Stränden gelegen (10-15 Autominuten). Es ist mit allem was man braucht sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzerging über Email und funktionierte ausgesprochen gut. Das Haus ist für bis zu 4 Personen sehr zu empfehlen.
