Cozy and quiet: new apartment in Franconian Switzerland!

In the newly renovated apartment with 100 m² living space, the whole family has space. Up to max. 8 beds can be used. We have deliberately created a cozy living atmosphere, so that the holiday becomes a real rest.
The large living room with its decorative fireplace (not fuelable) and a magnificent winter garden should be used even in bad weather as a central point. Of course, the TV and DVD player are part of the equipment. A cozy dining area with a large table, adjacent to the living room, invites you to stay and get together.
A sunny garden with a large terrace belongs to the apartment.
Everything that must be present in a neat kitchen, of course, you will also find here. A large dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. are provided. For hygienic reasons, we ask you to bring your own spices.
The modern daylight bathroom with tub, shower and window has been completely renovated. There is also an additional toilet. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a solid bunk bed for the kids. The second spacious bedroom is furnished with a beautiful double bed and wardrobe and is located to the garden side. In addition, the new sofa in the living room can be converted as a double bed.
Free Wi-Fi is available for the guests.

Wir buchen jederzeit wieder

Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse am Ortsende. Die 3 Restaurants in der Ortsmitte sind fußläufig in ca. 12-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt! Sie bietet ausreichend Platz und ist gut/sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und man hat eine Terasse zur Verfügung, auf der man aber leider nicht grillen kann. Zumindest gehört kein Grill zur Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und vertrauenswürdig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen, wenn wir nochmal Urlaub in Franken machen!

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für 1 Woche angemietet und waren restlos begeistert. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, großräumig und sehr sauber. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Ausstattung der Küche. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die Gastgeberin Frau Voigt ist super freundlich und sehr sympathisch. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an Sie wenden.Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.Sie ist sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schön war der Wintergarten,der durch die Rollos nicht überhitzte. Die Vermieterin war freundlich.

Dass beste was wir jemals hatten

Absolut Top!!! Wir hatten einen traumhaften Kurzurlaub in einer wunderschönen und wahnsinnig sauberen Ferienwohnung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett und wohler kann man sich nicht fühlen. Bewertung von uns ist eine 11 von 10! :-)

Wunderschöne FeWo

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung. Etwas abseits aber ruhig, kühl auch im Sommer und gute Anbindung an die A9 sowie weitere Ziele in der Fränkischen Schweiz. Ohne Auto geht's aber nicht.

Traumhaft

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Die Lage und die Umgebung einfach traumhaft schön und ruhig. Zwei sehr gute Gaststätten befinden sich nicht weit entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung war riesig und sehr gemütlich. Alles Nötige war vorhanden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in der sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichteten, großzügigen Ferienwohnung bei Frau Voigt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugs- und Wanderziele - Frau Voigt hatte die passenden Tipps für uns "Neulinge" in der Fränkischen Schweiz. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Sehr schöne gepflegte und Große Wohnung

Wir waren für eine Woche mit unserem Hund bei Frau Voigt und haben uns alle 3 sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war toll für uns und es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Frau Voigt war sehr nett und bei Fragen hilfreich zur Stelle. Von unserer Seite gerne wieder wenn wir es wieder einrichten können.

Großartige und geräumige Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und übertraf unsre Erwartungen. Sehr ruhige Gegend, genau das Richtige zum Entspannen. Die Preise in der örtlichen Gastronomie sind noch bodenständig, da geht man gerne zum Essen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist riesig und sehr gepflegt, vor allem der große Wintergarten hatte es uns angetan. Wir waren nur zu zweit mit Hund, aber auch eine große Familie hätte da jede Menge Platz gehabt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, ohne überladen zu sein. Trotz der Autobahnnähe ist die Lage schön ruhig und man ist gleich auf schönen Spazier- und Wanderwegen, wie z. B. dem Höhlenweg. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants kann man auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad recht schnell erreichen. Und ganz wichtig: die wunderschöne Fränkische Schweiz hat man direkt vor der Tür, aber auch die schönen alten Städte wie Nürnberg, Bamberg, Bayreuth usw. sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Urlaub hätte gerne länger dauern können!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

SUPER schön, viel Platz, zentral gelegen:-)

Wir waren von der grösse des Apartments sehr beeindruckt. Der zusätzliche Wintergarten ist noch ein zusätzlicher schöner Raum zum Verweilen und Kaffee trinken :-) Frau Voigt war sehr nett und hatte auch hilfreiche Tipps. Würden jederzeit wieder dort hin gehen.

Super Urlaub

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung
