"This cute little cottage is right in the middle of town and near everything you may need- coffee and pastries directly across the street, walking distance from the beach, post office, shops, and other houses people are staying in (we were meeting up with family). It’s quiet and set back, with a gate to close so you have your own little spot away from everything as well. Two rooms with queen beds, lots of windows to open, fruit trees all around and a deck to sit on in the morning when you have coffee. Linda was so responsive and helpful, checking in to make sure the stay went well. We loved our visit to Stinson Beach. "

"We had a beautiful stay, it's so nice to sit on the deck and have such an uninterrupted view. You can easily walk to a really good bakery and a couple bars/restaurants. Kitchen and bath are very small but we were mostly so that did not matter - view from the Queen bed is outstanding. We would definitely stay here again. "

"It hostel-style so there is a kitchen for cooking meals and shared bathroom/shower facilities. Just be aware that you can only use the kitchen 8 am-8:30 pm which is a little restrictive. It would be nice if there was a microwave and small sink in the meadow house for after-hours use. I would love to stay again, the scenery is incredibly beautiful."

"This property is so cute, and the proximity to the beach is wonderful! We found everything we needed to cook meals, and the space heater warmed the cottage very quickly. It is small, but the backyard space made it feel larger. We enjoyed our stay!"
