This is not 4 star hotel as advertised. We book triple room expectimg 3 normal beds but god one double bed and one uncomfortable small bed. Noice from heating was so extensive we were forced to switch it off. Also trafic from nearby road was very loud, room not sound proof.

Dear Guest, we're very sorry for your review, we checked your reservation and there wasn't requests about 3 single beds, triple room standard is with one double bed and one extra bed but we can also provide without any problems (on request) on triple room with 3 single beds. Regarding the noisy if you'd ask a room more quite we could have do it. Your review is a little bit too evil.

Very nice staff, but hotel looked a bit tired. Our air-conditioner was struggling and noisy. The hotel does some renovations on the beach but did not update pictures. Swimming pool is excellent but closing at 6pm. Hotels guests have free access to beach but it closes at 7 pm. No sunsets on the beach there. It has a Sky satellite TV but in Italy everything is Voiced over, good luck finding something if you do not speak Italian

a motel in an isolated location
It's more like a motel,not a 4 star hotel,isolated from the sea by a road,no place to go for a meal. Room quite comfortable, clean, breakfast ok,service resonable.

Great pool and beach; decent hotel
Lovely staff who went out of their way to help and be hospitable. Pool and beach were both excellent, but would have been even better if they were open later (pool closed 6pm / beach 7pm). Breakfast was good too, as was the beach restaurant in the evenings (opens 8pm). The hotel could though do with some updating and we had particular issues with the air conditioning in our room. The immediate vicinity is nothing special but it's a very good location for exploring the region generally.

Last minute family trip from England, great resort
Booked last minute and very pleased. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and relaxed. The views were lovely from rhe rooms. The pool was fantastic and the staff there were friendly and helpful too. The beach was good too. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We loved the machine to make freshly squeezed oranges. We would definitely return here again. We loved it here. Great for families.

This is a true 4 star property. well maintained and food is good. however what really makes a hotel is its people and staff. Those of you who have travelled around Italy especially in the Campania region know how difficult it is to find great customer service. Fabio and his staff really understand customer service and I wish to thank them for the wonderful stay and care they provided me and my family. definitely recommend this hotel.

Good Value Amalfi region
We booked a room with queen bed and bunk beds, plenty of room for 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). Good location with parking, pool closed earlier then we would have liked (6pm), beach access until 7pm. Breakfast had a wide selection of pastries and fresh squeezed orange juice, great restaurant across the street in the pool/beach complex for dinner. Very friendly and accomodating staff. This resort is along the highway outside of Salerno so an hour plus drive from Amalfi but a great value for the area.

Average hotel with great staff
A decent resort with very friendly staff who were keen to take the extra mile. Nicely maintained and clean facilities. You go the sense that the place is very well run. There isn't much within walking distance, so you really want a car if you're staying here. It's right on the main road, but that quietens down at night.

Hotel by the sea, but near the road
The best of this resort are people, who are working here. Smiles and friendliness compensates everything. If you like parties - that's perfect fits for you. It's a hotel near the road and the sea with big swimming pool area, which has separate entrance.

The room was damp. There were lightbulbs not working in the bathroom. These are things that should be checked by hotel staff before guests check in. The staff were pleasant. The restaurant was unavailable for all nights as they were catering to private parties. This was not acceptable. The staff were great when they recommended a restaurant called Nonno Vito.

Pleasant stay
The hotel staff was lovely and very accommodating, which made for a nice stay. We were visiting friends in the area and so, for our stay it was quite convenient; though I wouldn't recommend it for those without a car--as food and shops are not really within walking distance. The pool was beautiful, but the beaches in this part of Italy aren't the best. I would recommend this hotel for those passing through the area and needing a pleasant place for a night or two.

My first reaction was "What a nice modern Hotel!" Checkin and serving staff were pleasant. We had 3 rooms on the top floor with ocean view. The Hotel's beach club/Pizzeria was just across the street. Nice... typical continental cold breakfast was included. The first problem was the Air Conditioning in all three rooms did not cool and the fan was very noisy. The WIFI was not normal and required a website server login every time you needed to use it. Light bulbs were missing in our bath vanity fixture. The TV Satellite box was not programmed for all channel as the lobby TV was, I would stay here again but I do hope they find a good maintenance person in the mean time...

Over priced for value received
The rooms need updating, beds not comfortable & carpet needs replacing. The bathroom large but the shower small. All areas were clean. There was no cafe on site but across the street there was a place to eat. Supper started a 8:30 pm. No meals were available from 2 pm until suppertime. On Saturday at 10 pm there is a dance for anyone wishing to attend. For those eating at the restaurant the dance was free. Staff were friendly and helpful. While this area is a prime beach/camping location for Italians, there are many poor families in the area. So when in this area with a rental car make sure when you stop you park in a paid/monitored and WATCHED parking lot. Our vehicle was broken into and luggage which was out of site in the trunk, was stolen. After the theft, the following day, while parked on a very busy main street just down from the hotel, another attempt was made to break into our rental car.This attempt was interrupted by a kind local man. The culprits were 2 woman. Rental cars stand out like sore thumbs. There are huge stickers on the windshield and I believe all licence plates for rented cars in this are start with ER. These thieves have tools that pop trunks open in the blink of an eye. This hotel has gated parking at night time which is a plus.

cauchemar à l'hotel
la liste des inconvénients de cet hôtel est démesurée. chambres vieilles, nous avons changé de chambre car la première coté parking, avait une douche défectueuse et une moquette sale et malodorante. la deuxième chambre exactement avec les même soucis (moquette puante et pommeau de douche non fonctionnel) quelle idée de mettre de la moquette dans un hôtel en bord de plage! la clim inopérante et bruyante... la literie d'une fermeté équivalent à une couche en béton. fenêtre donnant sur la route de 50cm de large sur 70 cm de haut. pas de porte-serviette et pas de ventilation d’où l'odeur dans les chambres Ou sont les 4 étoiles? je n'en sais rien. l'accès à la piscine et la plage se font par la traversée de la nationale, très dangereux vu la conduite italienne. La plage était en rénovation (construction d'un bloc en béton) le pire séjour de mes 6 hôtels différents lors de ce voyage en Italie.

Pokój zbyt mały jak na trzy osoby, przeszkadzało dodatkowe łóżko i nie było gdzie położyć walizek. Dodatkowo były problemy z klimatyzacją. Śniadania włoskie, chociaż była wędlina i ser. Dania w restauracji dobre. Fajny basen, zawsze były wolne leżaki. Niestety położenie z dala od wszystkiego, dlatego trzeba mieć samochód.

Las habitaciones son amplias, el baño completo también muy amplio y limpio. Buen aparcamiento gratuito para clientes, y fácil acceso a la playa y piscina del hotel cruzando la carretera. Utilizamos también buffet de desayuno, muchas tartas, pero poco fiambre y productos frescos, no se reponía apenas ni el agua ni los zumos. A su favor, excelente atención por parte del personal
