Lovely views

Neat, clean, lovely views, spacious. No heating, was freezing cold, complained to managing agent Harcourts & 4 heaters delivered on day 3 of stay but we had to put together ourselves. The outdoor lounges in the loungeroom are extremely uncomfortable as the owners put a plank of wood under the cushions, hard on your back. This apparently had been complained about previously to owners but they had chosen not to rectify. No light in fridge or rangehood, no blind on kitchen window. The garage door did not work, contacted Harcourts on check-in Sunday evening & was rectified on Thursday, we checked out the next day. Our car was on the street until then, no visitor parking on the premises. I would not stay in that property again. Owners very slow in making decision re heating, it was booked 1-6 June (winter) & opposite the beach therefore very cold. Compensation declined. Not a pleasant stay. Quite expensive & just didn't deliver on the basic necessities.
