The Space:
THIS PROPERTY RENTS FOR FULL WEEKS DURING PEAK SEASON AND HOLIDAYS! SATURDAY-SATURDAY.

Dolphin Cove is a three bedroom, two bath Gulf front single family home located in a secluded area on South Cape San Blas.


Accommodates 8 guests: (2) king bed, (1) queen bed, (1) twin beds, (1) sleeper sofa. 


With a great open floor plan, the living room features a sleeper sofa, couch, and flat screen TV. The dining area has a table with seating for four and there are bar stools located at the counter for additional seating.


The kitchen is stocked with everything we think you’ll need during your vacation with us. Microwave, blender, coffee maker, crock pot, dishes/silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and much more!


The master suite has a king size bed and full bath. The guest bedroom has a king, and the other bedroom has a queen and a twin. There is a bathroom conveniently located in the outside hall of the two guest bedrooms.


Featured is a large screened porch with outdoor furniture. Downstairs is an enclosed outside shower, fish cleaning station, and covered parking.


Located just outside of the house is a boardwalk to the beach.  


Take a horseback ride down the beach, or grab your favorite book and sit and listen to the waves roll in on the beautiful beaches of Cape San Blas. Dolphin Cove is the perfect spot for you and your family to come enjoy!


The Loggerhead Run Bike Path is an eight mile trail on Cape San Blas that runs the length of the Cape from St. Joseph Peninsula State Park to Salinas Park along Hwy 30E/Cape San Blas Road, and is great for walking, jogging or biking, and is just down the street from the house. 


Your reservation includes a $250 credit for beach gear! Choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best part, its delivered to the unit and is waiting for you upon your arrival.  


Dolphin Cove is a non smoking unit.
Bring your furry friends along! This pet-friendly property warmly welcomes dogs for an additional fee of $100 per dog (maximum of two). Breed approval required—contact the office for details.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dolpin Cove. The house was extremely clean upon arrival, cheerfully decorated in "beach" decor without being "condo beachy". Excellent beds, plenty of towels. Just a really happy place to stay. We will definitely try to rent this home again in the summer.

Very nice and clean house, great one story layout (above the stilts). Screened in porch was very nice and bug free. The provided beach chairs and cart were very convenient. Nice quiet location a few hundred feet off of the main road.

With the exception of the neighborly visit from a friendly cottonmouth, we loved the house. The house is very roomy. We loved the screened in porch in the evenings. The boardwalk makes beach access very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here. It was out of the heavy traffic area so quieter on the beach. The house was clean, well decorated , well stocked & all one level. There was a basket with towels f& toys for my pups so I felt they were also welcome to be there. Great access to beach.

We were thrilled with our stay here and already planning to come back. This property is so well situated and was prefect for our family. The beach is excellent and we saw the dolphins on the first day! It's very quiet, the sand is so soft and we were able to enjoy the water. The house is well maintained and had what we needed. The towels were the softest I'd ever had in a rental! Views from the enclosed porch are outstanding.

Plenty of kitchen stuff, towels and necessities. Umbrella and chairs were a nice touch, since all of that didn't have to be brought w us. Has lots of rain so the porch and space was really appreciated. Walk to the beach was kinda fun on the board walk. We had a great time

We loved our week at Dolphin Cove. It was very relaxing! The view from the screened porch was incredible and loved having breakfast there every morning. Easy walk to the beach on the private board walk. We took our dog, Dooley, and he loved it. The nearby state park has a beautiful beach and hiking trails. The house was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative for us was the very weak cell service. Otherwise a great place to stay.
