3 times a week, staff come for yard, garden and animal maintenance. Staff will not enter the house, cottage or barn and will respect your privacy.
Creekside Fire Pit: Follow Smokey the Bear Guidelines; Fire must be attended at all times and follow all city and county burning restrictions.
If any of the house rules are broken and it causes the inability to rent or rectify the situation right away, there may be a $200 administrative fee.
