"Our stay at the Marine Hotel was a wonderful start to our vacation in Ireland! It is conveniently located 15 km from the Dublin Airport with ample free parking. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. This gorgeous property features an expansive green lawn and a walkway that brings you right to the edge of Dublin Bay. It was low tide, so we took a walk exploring the beach and looking for critters. The star of the show was the staff at the Marine Hotel. Fiona at reception was welcoming, patient and kind. She had a bright smile and answered all of our questions, which were many, with care and enthusiasm. Everyone we encountered from the bartender to housekeeping was friendly and smiling. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend a stay here on your next trip to Dublin. "
"Thoroughly enjoyed a one night stay. Howth appears to be a popular day trip and the town was busy in the afternoon. Nice to experience Howth after the crowds left. Room on the ground floor was spacious clean and comfortable. Bathroom and amenities were excellent. Bed and soft goods added to the comfort factor. With the windows open there was some street and road noise earlier in the evening but it was quiet overnight resulting in good sleep quality. Front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Arranged for box take away breakfast because we had an early departure. Didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu looked good and so did the food. "
"Charming little town near the airport. We didn’t want our Ireland adventure to at an impersonal hotel outside the airport. Malahide was a nice end-cap to the Ireland adventure.
The Guest House is very walkable to the castle and restaurants. The Host, Tia, is lovely and accessible for help."
